Acceptable Use & AI Use
Last updated: 31 August 2026
Using the platform as intended
The Lesson Plan is built for teachers planning lessons and creating classroom resources. Use it for your own teaching and for work within your school.
AI assists — it doesn't replace your judgement
Everything generated is a draft. Read it, check the content, adjust the language and difficulty for your students, and confirm the syllabus references before you teach from it. AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or pitched at the wrong level.
Please don't
- Attempt to bypass, reset or manipulate subscription or usage limits.
- Share your account credentials, or use one account for a whole team or school.
- Scrape, bulk-export or automate requests against the platform.
- Attempt to extract, republish or resell third-party curriculum material accessed through the platform.
- Upload or enter content you do not have permission to use.
- Use the platform to create material that is unlawful, discriminatory, harassing or harmful, or to attack the platform's security.
Sensitive and student information
Do not enter unnecessary personal or sensitive information about students — names, contact details, health, disability or behavioural records — into lesson fields. Describe learning needs generically (for example "a student who needs extension in fractions") rather than identifying individuals.
Enforcement
We may warn, limit, suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy. Serious or repeated breaches may result in immediate termination without refund, subject to the Australian Consumer Law.
